第二輪通知及征文通告
合肥學院、安徽省科學技術協會、安徽省環境科學學會、德國羅斯托克大學、哥廷根應用科學大學和美國北卡羅來納州立大學等在中國安徽省合肥市成功舉辦了五屆“環境技術與知識轉化國際會議”（英文名：“International Conference on Environmental Technology and Knowledge Transfer）。大會曾邀請過世界知名學者分別來自于奧地利里奧本礦山大學；德國慕尼黑工業大學、羅斯托克大學、德累斯頓工業大學；美國辛辛那提大學，弗羅里達大學；日本早稻田大學，韓國韓瑞大學等。GTZ駐北京辦事處和德國、奧地利的相關企業和專家，亞洲的韓國、泰國、越南，以及國內中國科技大學、南京大學、同濟大學和中國礦業大學等高校的著名學者、教授都做了主題發言，獲得了很好的學術影響。
在總結前五屆會議經驗的基礎上，經過協商決定由合肥學院、安徽省科學技術協會、安徽省環境科學學會、德國羅斯托克大學、德國哥廷根應用科學大學、美國北卡羅來納州立大學聯合舉辦“第六屆環境技術及知識轉化國際會議” (英文名：“6th International Conference on Environmental Technology and Knowledge Transfer” (6th ICET)。會議將繼續為國際環境技術及知識轉化提供發展平臺，同時進一步擴展環境技術在工程領域的應用，將為廣大專家、學者和企業提供更為廣泛的交流機會。
一、 會議宗旨
本次會議將邀請國內外著名環境技術科學家到會做學術報告,共同探討環境尤其是固體廢物最新研究動態、前沿技術及未來發展方向，引導產、學、研與資本相結合，打造國際、國內合作平臺，共同推進環境技術的研究和產業開發。

水資源的利用和廢水處理
礦山和污染場地生態修復技術
突發環境事件應急管理技術與方法

四、會議時間與地點
會議于2016年5月19-20日在合肥市合肥學院南區學術報告廳（A）舉行，會期兩天，第一天報到、開幕及主題報告、第二天學術交流及工程案例現場觀摩。
五、征稿截止日期和注意事項
(1)組委會現進行征文活動，歡迎從事環境保護領域的政府官員、教育、科研和企業界人士積極參加，踴躍投稿。參會論文請通過電子郵件形式發往icet_isee@aliyun.com呈交。稿件要求一律用英文撰寫，格式見附件；
(2)論文截稿：2016年3月31日；如果審稿人給出修改意見，請于2016年4月10日前提交修正后的文本；
(3)論文錄用通知：2016年4月20日。

and Knowledge Transfer (6th ICET)”
Second Announcement and Call for papers
The “International Conference on Environmental Technology and Knowledge Transfer” (ICET) has been successfully held for five sessions at Hefei University, Hefei, Anhui, P. R. China. The conference included several keynote lectures presented by well-known international experts from Montan University of Leoben, HAWK Hildesheim/Holzminden/Goettingen, University of Rostock, and from North Carolina State University. Many other scientists, researchers and engineers from enterprises and institutions in Austria, Germany, South Korea, Thailand and Vietnam presented their work in the conference. Chinese experts from University of Science and Technology of China, Nanjing University, Tongji University and other institutions also gave research presentations in the conferences. ICET has made a great influence in the fields of environmental technology and knowledge transfer between Asia and Europe.
Based on the experience of the five successful conferences, we would like to continue the conference and expand the coverage. The “6th International Conference on Environmental Technology and Knowledge Transfer”(6th ICET) will be held on May 19th and 20th, 2016, in Hefei, Anhui, P. R. China. The conference will be jointly organized by Anhui Association for Science and Technology, Anhui Environment Science and Technology Society, Hefei University, University of Rostock, HAWK Hildesheim/Holzminden/Goettingen and North Carolina State University.

Deadlines and other information
1）Professionals with strong interests in environmental protection, including administrators, educators, researchers, scientists and engineers from government agencies, institutions and enterprises are welcome and encouraged to participate in the conference. All presented papers will be published in conference proceedings. All papers should be written in English and submitted E-mail for the organizing committee at icet_isee@aliyun.com.
2)Submission of scientific paper in ENGLISH to icet_isee@aliyun.com until 31.03.2016. If the reviewer observes shortcomings of a scientific paper that can be rectified, the authors are provided with an opportunity to submit the corrected texts until 10.04.2016.
3)Notification on results of review and final approval until 20.04.2016.
